The actual cake topper was better than we could have imagined. However when it arrived, there was a very noticeable spot on the bride's dress. We ended up having to purchase paint and redoing it so that our guests didn't see it. We are not sure why it happened whether it was the wood or possibly a missed spot while initially painting. The customer service was amazing and the cake topper still ended up being absolutely perfect! (Just had one minor detail to fix.)

Ordered a custom topper for our wedding. Friday evening, I received someone else's cake topper. Immediately notified the seller, was promised to get the correct custom cake topper sent out on Monday with a new tracking number. Monday passed, nothing, a few days passed, nothing! Reached out to the seller, was told ETSY should have sent the tracking number to me. She said she was reaching out to ETSY to get the info. In the meantime, I thought I would reach out to ETSY as well. I sent a message only to receive a rude reply from the seller stating, 'LIKE I SAID!' I was unaware that the option to file a report went to the seller, I was simply trying to get information as well. My wedding was approaching fast. Then, I was notified by the seller that my order would be refunded. IMO, she forgot to redo my order and then blamed ETSY.
The item will not be used until our granddaughter's wedding in September but I will be giving it to her for her bridal shower in May and I am sure it will be a great hit. I am so happy. with the beautiful cake topper, my vision was captured exactly. So much attention was given to all of my requested details. The artist is amazing. Many, many thanks .
